Kieran Larwood Books

We are thrilled to have a day of school events with award-winning children’s writer Kieran Larwood. Kieran’s fantasy novels for older children include the Five Realms and Carnival series. The first book in the FIVE REALMS series, PODKIN ONE EAR, won the Blue Peter Book Award for Best Story 2017, was shortlisted for Waterstones Children’s Book of the Year 2018, and has been optioned for film/TV. Kieran is going to be introducing lower KS2 children to his fantastic new DUNGEON-RUNNERS series, which are fast-paced adventures with amazing illustrations by Joe Todd-Stanton.
